Dr. Areej ElSayary is a distinguished expert with a multifaceted background in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM), encompassing curriculum design, teaching methodologies, assessment strategies, and schools accreditation. Her profound knowledge and experience extend to her role as a certified associate of the Blackboard Academy, a recognized Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a respected Editor and researcher.

Notably, Dr. ElSayary holds the distinction of being an Approved Accreditation Lead Inspector by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS), attesting to her comprehensive insights into educational quality standards. Her expertise also includes being a sanctioned visitor for CAEP accreditation processes. With a rich professional trajectory, she previously served as the Graduate Program Coordinator within Zayed University's College of Education. Currently, she serves as an esteemed Assistant Professor within the College of Interdisciplinary Studies.

Dr. ElSayary's research interests encompass a wide spectrum, spanning cognitive development, positive psychology, human-computer interaction, entrepreneurship, innovation, design-thinking, interdisciplinary STE(A)M approaches, and advanced assessment methodologies. Her scholarly contributions have transcended borders, as she has presented her work internationally and published in esteemed academic platforms.

Recognized for her commitment to educational enhancement, Dr. Areej has conducted numerous impactful teacher training programs across the United Arab Emirates, further elevating the quality of education in the region.
